Meet the founder
With over 30 years of experience building and transforming consumer-driven brands, Greg Schwarz has worked with category-leading companies, including Coca-Cola, Organic Valley, AlEn USA, Dean Foods, The Dial Corporation, and Community Coffee, to name a few. His expertise spans the entire value chain—turning consumer insights into impactful brand strategies, innovative products, and exponential business growth.
Greg began his career on the front-lines as a retail representative at The Dial Corporation, mastering the critical role of retail execution to deliver the perfect shopper moment of truth. This foundation propelled him into regional and national account management roles, where he developed deep category partnerships with top U.S. retailers.
At Coca-Cola North America, Greg advanced into roles that honed his strategic and commercial acumen. As National Category Manager for Walmart, he mastered the art and science of consumer and category storytelling, creating win-win business solutions for suppliers and retailers alike. Later, as Brand Manager and P&L owner for Minute Maid and Hi-C brands, he leveraged consumer-driven brand and innovation strategies to achieve step-change growth.
Greg’s business impact expanded at Dean Foods, where, as the company’s Chief Marketer, he led the creation and launch of billion-dollar, new-to-the-world mega-brands like TruMoo and DairyPure.
As CEO of Organic Valley Fresh and subsequently as CEO of AlEn USA, Greg reengineered company culture, built high-performing commercial teams, and acquired new businesses, resulting in exponential top-line and profit growth. At AlEn USA, alongside his U.S. and Mexico-based teams, Greg nearly tripled the business's size while achieving benchmark-level profitability. During his tenure at AlEn, Greg also co-led the acquisition and integration of Lemi Shine, a leading brand in the better-for-you dish care category.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Greg brings a unique bicultural perspective and maintains deep relationships on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. This multi-culturalism, coupled with over half a decade importing and building brands like Ensueño, Cloralen, & Pinalen, makes him uniquely qualified to help clients navigate cross-border expansion in both countries.
Today, as owner and CEO of MARKA, Greg partners with clients to achieve their growth goals by focusing on the consumers, customers, and categories they serve.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Houston.
